What You Can Create in the Educators’ Incubation Programme
The Educators’ Incubation Programme is all about helping you design and deliver high-quality, impactful learning experiences. Your course idea should connect directly to education and learning — supporting better teaching, increasing student engagement, or building skills for personal and professional growth.
We love innovation! Whether you’re exploring AI, gamification, adaptive learning, or other cutting-edge tools, your content should enhance learning while staying rooted in sound educational methods. Everything you create must also be safe, ethical, and meet privacy requirements like GDPR.
We’re looking for ideas that can grow — across regions, schools, and audiences — while staying sustainable long-term. And, of course, your course should deliver measurable results, with clear ways to track progress and impact.
Examples of Eligible Courses:
An online coding bootcamp
A community art class
A professional development workshop
Your Course Should Have:
-
A clear purpose — to teach specific skills or knowledge for academic, professional, or personal development. -
A solid, evidence-based structure — goals, topics, and lessons organised into modules or sessions. Grounded in educational research or established learning methodologies. -
A target audience — for example, children, adults, students, or professionals. In addition, the course should be focused on the needs of the Belarusian audience and civil society, both inside the country and abroad, and include relevant topics related to knowledge of and about Belarus and Belarusian society. -
Measurable and sustainable outcomes — tested through quizzes, exams, creative tasks, or reports, with long-term viability taken into account.
